1. Calculator inputs
Current grafting and orchard calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The tools do not require an account and are not designed to send those field values to our server. Normal web requests may still create server and security logs.
2. Information you choose to provide
If you email us or submit a contact form, we may receive your name, email address, message, attachments, and technical details you provide. We use that information to answer the request, investigate a correction or bug, prevent abuse, and keep an appropriate business record.
3. Logs, analytics, and cookies
Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, timestamp, and security events in ordinary server logs. If analytics is enabled, aggregate usage and events such as page views or calculator interactions may be processed by the configured analytics provider. Simple But How does not receive your full merchant payment-card details. External sites are controlled by their respective operators.
