How to use this template
- Describe your planting plan, region and one currency for both quotes. Record open questions so they stay beside the comparison.
- Ask each nursery about cultivar and rootstock identity, plant size, support advice, supplied plant-health evidence and delivery restrictions. Date each answer.
- Enter item price, delivery and tax together with substitution and refund terms. This sheet does not calculate or rank a winner; review the evidence before buying.
A useful record, not invented evidence
Two offers are not like-for-like if one is a bare rootstock and the other an already-grafted tree. Compare the exact cultivar/clone, quantity and delivered cost, and retain a date because availability and terms can change. Sample nursery names are fictional.
Questions about this generator
Does the worksheet recommend a nursery?
No. It neither ranks merchants nor verifies their statements. The same questions appear on both sides, and you decide which answers meet your requirements.
Are prices fetched automatically?
No. Enter current written quotes yourself. The generator does not fetch stock, calculate currency conversions or promise that any quoted price remains available.
Why record certification evidence?
A claim and supporting documentation are different. Record exactly what the supplier provides and what remains unverified; the worksheet itself is not a certification.
Keep your editable copy
Save project (JSON) retains your fields and design choices. Optional device drafts are off by default: if enabled, valid edits are saved only in this browser, with explicit Restore and Delete controls. There is no server-side account or cross-device sync. Browser data can be cleared, so keep a downloaded JSON backup and avoid device drafts on shared computers. Leave warnings depend on browser support and are not a backup.
An HTML or PDF download is a presentation copy. When you load a file, it is read in your browser, not uploaded. Layouts adjust to your content.
